Executive Financial & Business Advisor (CPA, CVA, CPES) with over 25 years of cross-border leadership in corporate finance, M&A accounting, business valuation, and risk management across the GCC and North Africa. Proven track record of spearheading high-stakes transactions—including major Gulf IPOs and governmental fund advisory—while developing and scaling SMEs and startups from inception to maturity. Expert in deploying GAAP, IFRS, and both Islamic and conventional finance frameworks to optimize capital structures, drive profitability, and lead high-performing financial teams.
Prior Consultant for Board of directors of Kuwait national Fund, an independent governmental entity which sponsors, and finances small and medium enterprises fully owned by Kuwaiti citizens. In charge of IPO of Barwa real estate Qatar, which considered one of the biggest IPO in the Gulf area. Participated in Egypt can conference 2019 as one of 75 professionals in the world under the sponsor of the president of Egypt and ministry of immigration.
